SHIPPING POLICY

Free shipping on orders of $75+ USD

Please allow 1-3 days for stock items, customized items may take up to 10 days until order is shipped, depending on request. All orders are shipped via the USPS or UPS ground unless otherwise requested. Shipping costs are in addition to listed prices, except for orders of $75 or more. All paper products are shipped from Carlstadt, NJ.

REFUNDS & RETURNS

All custom sales are final and cannot be exchanged once products have shipped. We accept returns for damaged products or items returned within 30 days. Claims must be made within 5 business days of receipt of products.

RETURN POLICY

Unused and unopened products may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund less the original shipping cost. Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs. Used, opened, and/or final sale items cannot be returned. Personalized orders are non-refundable once your order is placed.

Once we receive the returned item(s), we will credit your original method of payment excluding non-refundable shipping costs as soon as possible. Please note refunds may take 2-3 weeks to process and show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
